Hello there, I am Soren Dickens, and I would like to share a part of our life story with you. It’s a story of two brothers, Eriksen and myself, and how we navigated through personal adversity, reflected on our actions, discovered our strengths, and used our narrative to shape our entrepreneurial journey. We've converted our life's challenges into a creative force that fuels our passion for storytelling, culminating in the creation of Scaling Creator.

Years ago, when we initially set out on this adventure, it felt like we were wandering aimlessly. Founding a video agency from the confines of a college dorm room, our initial vision was simply to create "cool videos" with the hope that clients would magically gravitate towards our work. Our efforts had no structure, lacked a well-defined strategy, and were void of any substantial understanding of marketing, sales, finance, or relationship management. It was a wild whirlwind. I was behind the camera, while Eriksen edited.

Our approach was unsustainable. It led us to a state of exhaustion and finally forced us to confront the realization that the only path forward was through a radical transformation.

The first step of this transformation included a lot of self-reflection. What were our maladaptive behavioral patterns? What’s the precise outcome we want? How does our mindset impact our actions?

This road to self-discovery led to us finally relinquishing our need to control everything. We recognized the importance of delegation, trusting others, and building a team that could share our work and our vision. We took the time to really understand our own story, so we could leverage it to become better creators for our clients.

This path was fraught with challenges and hardship. But as we look back, was it worth it? Absolutely.

We transformed our humble duo into a team of 14 dedicated professionals. We've traveled the nation undertaking projects, carved out time for passion projects, and most importantly, we've offered measurable, impactful solutions for our clients.

We founded Scaling Creator as a testament to our own story. We've experienced the despair of feeling trapped in the matrix and we’re committed to guiding others through these hardships.
